Easy to understand!
Mike and his team do an awesome job of breaking down complex financial situations into easy to understand solutions. Knowledge is one thing but applying that knowledge is where the results come into play. After listening to a few episodes I’ve been able to gain a lot of insights and learn new ways on how to maximize my money and generate more wealth for my family.

Real and informative
I shared a veggie burger with Mike a few days ago, after a great sunset boat ride where he was a guest. I had stumbled upon his podcast prior but after meeting him personally and understanding him as a relaxed, genuine, and thoughtful dude I’ve spent the past week drilling into his work here. OUTSTANDING. I’m not a real estate guy but having been a builder that’s looking to transition to developing and investing this is valuable to know. He delivers intel in a very graspable way; conversational and informative is not easy but it’s here. And, he expands to other ways to build passive income that are achievable with some elbow grease and turning of the brain gears. Just a great podcast for all levels of listeners, I’m thrilled I got to meet him and return to this show. Keep up the excellent work Mike.

Brilliant
Mike does an amazing job interviewing his guests and keeps the audience engaged. So many nuggets of information. He does a great job at breaking down finances so that an average person like myself can understand! Thank you so much Mike!

Great Host and Conversation!
Mike does a great job as a host when it comes to interviewing his guests! The conversations are engaging and full of “golden nuggets” of knowledge. I’ve added this podcast to my weekly rotation!

Consistent, Informative, and Relatable

Amazing Podcast!!
I just finished listening to The Average Joe Finances Podcast by Mike Cavaggioni and it was an absolute delight! Mike does a fantastic job of breaking down complex finance topics into easily digestible chunks. He also speaks in a way that's incredibly easy to understand and follow along with. I found his advice to be incredibly useful and I'm already taking steps to improve my own financial situation. His podcast is a must-listen for anyone looking to take control of their finances! 5 stars!
