23. Meet the firefighter with 50 units in 12 months with Kyle Robertson

In this episode with Kyle Robertson, we discuss how he got started in real estate. He explains how he managed to get some great deals including when he bought a storage facility. During his journey he explains how he was able to double his gains with that commercial property to jump start the growth of his portfolio. He discusses pressing the reset button with his family, selling everything, and starting over. That sounds scary doesn’t it? Well Kyle and his wife made it work. After hitting that reset button, they went on to purchase a few small apartment buildings totaling 50 doors. You have to listen to this episode and hear this awesome story.

Kyle Robertson is 36 years old, married and has three awesome kids residing in Oregon. He spent some of his school age in the Midwest in Missouri. That time in particular is kind of what drew him to that section of the United States when he got the bug to start investing.
